| We are a professional couple working in the city. We work on a regular 7am-7pm schedule, Mon - Fri. We have a 4 bedroom house and have a spare room for rent. It's not furnished currently, but we can furnish it with a queen or a king single bed. We haven't furnished it as we would like to give you the option to bring your things, if you have any. The room gets all day sun and bright and has built in wardrobes. You will have your own toilet and bathroom. The house has large space, open plan and cheerful living. Hello potential flatties!
We have a huge room for rent in our lovely Mt Eden home, the room is massive as you can see in the pics (the last four photos are of the room) and even has its own fireplace and window seat.
It would be ideal for a couple (the current inhabitants are a couple) or someone who works from home. It is available this coming weekend (Sat 20th June) or possibly sooner if need be. Room is unfurnished.
A bit about us: Ryan and Shyla are a couple and work/study full time and our awesome flatmate Florian is over here from Germany, he also works full time. We all tend to enjoy a beer or wine and a chat after a long day at work - we'd love to have some new flatties to enjoy a chat and laugh with us!
The room for rent is $310 per week, bond is 2 weeks and 2 weeks in advance. We all split the expenses when they come through (unlimited wireless internet, water and electricity) and tend to be approx $25 per person per week.
It is only available for four months - our lease runs out on October the 18th and the previous owners most likely want to move back in then (if not we will definitely stay though!), but we will be looking to find another flat if we can't stay here so it should work for us all to move in to a new place in October together if everyone's keen.

Sorry no pics at present time. off street parking. no need for linen/kitchen gear, can use all things here. room has double bed, and drawers/mirror and a large desk. wooden floor. and we have 4 cats, so need to be cat friendly.
