| Hi I am looking for a mature easy going person to share my very warm 2 bedroom rear unitwith a lovely garden and covered deck of the lounge, with me and small dog (sheltie) so must love animals. Shared amenities. The room is a single would take a double bed and side table but not much else, better suited to king single. I have a bed available if required. Birkenhead bus depot is a few min's walk away, also Verrans cnr shops & garage. Glenfield & Highbury Shopping centres only a few min's drive away. Lots of bush walks around.
You need to be an honest reliable person and easy to get on with. I don't mind sharing costs or you can pay with weekly with rent, expect expense's to be $35.(not inc food) with review after 1st month as everyone is different. |
