Location of this flat is just perfect: 100 meters from Thorndon New World and 3-5 minutes walk to the railway station. It is on cul de sac, very quiet even during the day! The person in the flat upstairs is quiet too. Two existing flatmates, one PhD student and one professional. We would prefer someone aged +25, tidy, considerate and independent.
